• All Addfield Incinerators have the fully weatherproof control panels utilizing easy to use robust “dial” timers to suit specific loads along with the “Vertex VD series Temperature Controllers”. They come from the factory with default settings making it an “on/off” controller but can be user configured to have proportional action “proportional”.  It has a single digital display allowing access to all the parameters including the “Process Variable” and “Set Point”.
• Optional Hot water systems are available upon request, ideal for area clean down or heating.
• All of the Addfield Incinerators secondary chambers comply with EU legislation achieving 850oC 2 seconds.  Due to our unique refractory systems most of our chambers operate around 900-930°c this helps reduce emissions and odour.
• The main combustion chamber is fully refractory lined using hardwearing, abrasive resistant dense refractory. These main wear chambers have been designed to have user friendly refractory systems that are easily replaceable, thus reducing the need for high reline costs by specialists at later dates. The secondary combustion chamber (afterburner) is fully lined using our low thermal mass refractory, this ensures that the chamber reaches the required 850°c temperature as quickly as possible using the least amount of fuel and easily maintains this temperature during the complete burn cycle.
• On both the main combustion and secondary chambers we utilize our Emi-Coat System, this proven high emissivity technology originally developed by NASA for the space shuttle program is utilized within our refractory linings to ensure the most efficient and clean burn available on today’s market. The Emi-Coat system saves fuel, increases the refractory lifetime and helps ensure cleaner emissions from the incineration process. This system can also be applied to existing units as a retrofit package.

• Easy carcass loading, convenient and simple to operate.  The Addfield range of incinerators offer front and top loading machines which suits both mechanical or manual loading. Our Machines offer unique double door loading from the top to suit horses up to 16-2 hands.
